Returns & Exchanges

•  You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
•  Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition and packaging, including all original components.
•  For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
•  If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
•  Once your return request has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
•  Original shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Purely Posh.
